Zoya Julieanne is another winner from their fall Wicked Collection. If you read my blog, you'll know that I'm not a fan of colors that look black or almost black most of the time. Unlike Wet n Wild Night Prowl, Julieanne passed that test even though it has a charcoal or black base and dark dusty purple glitter. The glitter in the Zoya is much more dense and I think that makes the difference.
